Rates
The fee for each individual clinical session (50 minutes) is $195 via secure Zoom or telephone. The rate for couples sessions (50 minutes) is $210.
Payments are required at the beginning of the session through e-transfer and a receipt will be issued at the end of each session by email.
All payment information will be agreed upon prior to the session.
Phone calls over 15 minutes are prorated and billed at the same rate.
Cancellation Policy
Changes happen in our schedule.
If you are in need of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. You will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellation.
Insurance Coverage
Counselling services are not covered by OHIP. If you have an extended health insurance plan through an insurance company such as Manulife, or Great-West Life, then you may have a designated amount per year for counselling services. Consult your insurance company to see if you have coverage for a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
If you do not have extended health insurance, Registered Social Worker (RSW) services can be claimed as a medical expense for income tax purposes. You can find more information at the following link:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
An invoice for submission to your insurance provider and for income tax purposes will be provided at the end of each session.
